I am also available for hire through many reputable voice over networking/for-hire sites (shown in my "Contact" page), however, it is generally more advantageous for us both to do business directly.

Think of your project. Will it be on TV, radio or the internet and be shown to the 'masses' in order to monetize? If so, you will need "Full Broadcast Rights". "Commercial Rights" are for internal, corporate or promotional purposes, such as explainer videos, email campaigns. Please be sure to note this in the "Quote or Order" form when submitting your request. Additional fee will apply.

You can always find a sound-bite or video of a sample project with the type of voice inflection and "feel" that you wish for me to emulate and then send the file or URL link to me to refer to when submitting your request through the "Quote or Order" form. This is also a helpful tip in order to help me to pronounce certain brand names or unusual words.

Absolutely! If you wish for me to custom-format timed sections, create individual (timed) clips, or to synchronize the entirety of the audio, be sure to tell me the details for the timing of the final audio that you require in the "Quote or Order" form. Also make sure that you send me the video and/or music file(s) so that I may accurately quote you. Additional fees will apply.

Please submit only one project at a time through the "Quote or Order" submission form. This helps me to keep all of my projects organized, enabling me to better manage my time and provide you with a higher quality product.

Absolutely! Be sure to contact me before placing your order to ensure that I am available to deliver the final project to you. Please submit a request for quote/order through the "Quote or Order" form (accessible in the top/main menu bar). Additional fees will apply.

One audio file output is included. If you need more than one, please tell me how many "split files" are required when submitting your request for a "Quote or Order". Additional fee will apply.

An .mp3 file is a COMPRESSED audio file, a .WAV is an UNCOMPRESSED, HQ audio file, so it is of higher quality and is a larger file size. Please notify me as to what type of file you wish to receive when completing the "Quote or Order" form. An additional fee will apply when requesting a file other than .mp3.

You may receive one sample read of the raw, unedited version to ensure that I am capturing the essence and inflections correctly. Please insert a date in which you wish to receive the raw read in the "Quote or Order" form (it should be at least 24 - 48 hours before the final project deadline date). Additional costs will apply for additional read requests.

For large projects, I may request a down-payment, which may be equal to half of the final quote provided to and agreed upon by you before I begin work on your project. Final payment will be required to close out the project's invoice before final delivery (usually applicable to all new clients). For long-term/on-going projects, I can break up the costs to regular intervals for ease of payment (please contact me for arrangements), however, your prompt payment for final delivery is appreciated within 21 days of provision of final project files and/or final invoice.

One revision may be applied after reviewing the initial, raw data. I am happy to fix any mistakes on my part, free of charge*, but if you change your script/ad copy in any way, after initial recording, additional charges will be applied to your invoice and may affect your final provision date. * For a faster**, error-free turn-around, I kindly suggest that you provide to me a direction (like a URL to a video or actual phonetic provision) regarding correct pronunciation for all names and difficult spellings in your project's instructions when ordering. ** Your timely response to my questions or requests for clarifications to all pronunciations, clarification of copy and/or copy-revision suggestions may affect your final provision date.
